Description: Hool is a methodical, yet unpredictable Sye-Men. He is easily addicted to BRIs, and he tried an experimental drug--it raised his IQ, but all his teeth fell out. Hool caused a politcal nightmare, which ostracized him from the rest of the Sye-Men race. The experience did allow him to make a few political contacts.
