IV – THE PAYOFF

When the dust has finally settled, the dead are buried, and the wounded are recovering in the hospital, it comes times for the Big Pay-off. This is the time at which the BM doles out the Experience Points and awards you that big fat Paycheck. So what does the Experience do for you? Well for every 1,000 XP accumulated you get one Skill Proficiency Point. When a character has collected enough Points they can then spend them to increase existing skills or learn new skills. The amount of Proficiency Points will vary. However, to complete the training one has to find a teacher and go to school. Yep you guessed it, this is one of those places where the Paycheck comes in handy. So don’t be in a hurry with that Collateral Damage that comes out of your Paycheck, because you’ll never learn a darn thing that way!

Note: Matrix Controllers Divide their XP in half. Half become skill points the other goes towards Advancing MC level.
