Ihoma Phargas Cloud

This geographical feature was originally intended to be located within the Shadow's Rim sector. It can, however, be located wherever the BM needs it for his group and adventure idea.
This type of cloud can be encountered in several places. It is characterized by the presence of a hostile alien life form "living" inside the cloud named the "Lardek monster" (after Lardek sector, Carina galaxy, where it was first discovered). Theories link the existence of the monster to the existence of the cloud - or vice versa. However the thought of a HAL being able to generate a radiation cloud of these proportions are... well... an appealing thought for BMs worldwide planning to exterminate large quantities of Player Characters.

Plot Hooks
- A very rich Orion business mogul hires some Battlelords to accompagny him on a "hunting trip". He will tell them that his prey is very dangerous (he will hire only experienced and well-equipped characters), but he will reveal the identity of his prey only after all contracts have been signed (he fears that another of his hunting club will beat him to be the first to hunt and slay a Lardek monster).
